Frequently Asked Questions & Clinical Governance

Everything you need to know about our practitioner-exclusive model, quality standards, operational framework, and compliance guidelines.

Patient Access & Order Management

Yes. Axivion Nutrition operates under a strict “Practitioner-Exclusive” distribution model. Our products are not available on open direct-to-consumer websites, retail stores, or third-party marketplaces. Access to our catalog requires a unique invitation or authorization link provided by an eligible healthcare professional or licensed practitioner.

Axivion Nutrition products are designed to be used in accordance with the guidance of an appropriate healthcare professional. If you terminate or pause your professional care relationship with your referring practitioner, it is your responsibility to notify us.

Your account may remain technically active to avoid unnecessary interruption of your ordering access. However, Axivion Nutrition does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or individualized treatment. Any continued use or subsequent purchase of products without active professional guidance is undertaken at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility.

Axivion Nutrition does not assume responsibility for use that is inconsistent with product labeling, applicable instructions, or the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

Patients can choose automated recurring shipments for products recommended by their practitioner. Subscriptions are designed to help maintain continuity of supply. Subscriptions can be adjusted, paused, or canceled at any time directly through your secure patient portal, subject to the applicable subscription terms.

Practitioner Accounts & Practice Operations

Practitioner accounts are limited to appropriately credentialed healthcare professionals and practitioners whose professional credentials permit them to recommend or provide dietary supplements within the scope of their practice. Depending on the applicable jurisdiction and professional scope of practice, this may include Medical Doctors (MD), Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Naturopathic Doctors (ND), Doctors of Chiropractic (DC), Registered Dietitians (RD), Certified Clinical Nutritionists (CCN), and other appropriately credentialed professionals.

Eligibility may vary by state and by professional scope of practice. Axivion Nutrition reserves the right to request documentation of professional credentials or licensure at any time.

To support account verification, applicants may be required to make the following good-faith representation during registration:

“By checking this box, I solemnly affirm that I am a credentialed healthcare professional or licensed practitioner in the United States. I acknowledge that Axivion Nutrition relies entirely on this good-faith representation to approve my professional account. I agree that Axivion Nutrition shall bear no liability, and I agree to indemnify and hold Axivion Nutrition harmless, for any misrepresentation of my professional credentials or for any unauthorized account use. Axivion Nutrition reserves the absolute right to request proof of licensure at any time and to terminate access immediately if credentials cannot be verified. I solemnly affirm and agree to all terms stated above.”

Axivion Nutrition may conduct periodic or random compliance reviews. Accounts found to contain materially false or misleading credential information may be suspended or permanently terminated.

None. You are never required to purchase minimum quantities or carry physical inventory. You may utilize our platform purely for zero-touch, direct-to-patient fulfillment. However, for practices wishing to hand patients their first supply immediately in-office to guarantee initial protocol adherence, you may purchase products at practitioner pricing to keep a targeted stock on hand. There are no mandatory packages or long-term commitments.

Once approved, your Practitioner Portal may provide access to relevant patient order information, subscription statuses, and refill activity, subject to applicable privacy requirements and patient authorization.

This information is intended to support practice administration and help practitioners monitor product ordering and refill activity. Axivion Nutrition does not independently monitor patients’ clinical conditions, determine treatment plans, or make clinical adjustments. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the patient’s appropriately qualified healthcare practitioner.
